on one job at a time and will stay on your project every
day until the work is complete. The owner of the company,
Glynn Lord, brings his experience to the job every day and
is on-site until your project is finalized. Our punctuality,

Turn Key Service - Avoca Pools & Landscape Inc.
keeps 95 % of the work in house, allowing you the advantage
of having to deal with only one contractor rather than the
many that are normally associated with projects of this
nature. Due to this, our quality control and attention to
detail is extremely high as is our ability to keep your
project on schedule and within budget. We believe that the
only way to achieve this level of control is to take care
of every aspect of the job, from concept to completion.

Fully Insured - We have $ 2,000,000 Liability Insurance
coverage and all of our employees are covered by Worker's
Compensation (WSIB). This protects our clients from any
claims or damage to property or persons and should be held
by any reputable pool or landscape construction company.
Always ensure that you ask to see proof of these types
of coverage before hiring any contractor to do work on your
house.

Clean and neat equipment and crews - Avoca Pools &
Landscape Inc. heavily reinvests profits and as a result
all of our equipment is updated on a regular basis ensuring
that it is all neat, clean, late model and highly reliable,
enabling us to perform our work efficiently and professionally
at all times on your project. Our crews are very approachable,
friendly, well presented and knowledgeable and will be glad
to assist you or answer any questions you may have whilst
we are working at your home.

Solid Construction - Our pools are built to the highest
standards, far exceeding what is called for in industry
specifications. We use fiberglass reinforced 25mpa concrete
for footing material and rough coat on the pool floor, adding
considerable strength to the construction of your pool.
Highly compacted, frost-free 8" - 10" granular
bases are installed under all brick, stone or concrete areas
to eliminate potential movement from frost heave and ensure
that your investment will withstand the effects of the harsh
Canadian climate. The quality of our work is proven and
is conditionally guaranteed; only the best and most structurally-sound
construction practices are employed by Avoca Pools &
Landscape Inc.

Site Cleanup - Our crews will leave your property the
way it was when we first arrived. Garbage bins are set up
on site throughout the project and any accumulation of construction
waste is disposed of weekly. At the end of every day a cleanup
is conducted, which includes sweeping the street, cleaning
the outside of your house from the inevitable dust, placing
garbage in bins and piling larger debris for weekly disposal.
At the completion of your project we will return the site
to its original condition, making it look like we were never
there. Areas of access will be graded and seeded or sodded
as will any other areas affected by construction. We believe
that last impressions are the final measure of any company
that takes pride in its workmanship and reputation, and
the way in which we leave your property at the completion
of your project attests to this.

After sales service - After your project is completed
and you are enjoying your investment, it is imperative to
know that you are not alone should you have any questions
or enquiries about any aspect of it. At Avoca Pools &
Landscape Inc. Glynn Lord firmly believes that as the owner
of the company he should be available to you to assist in
any way he can and provide you with any information you
may need. He is always available to his clients and will
always take the time to look after you, from concept
to completion.
